Here are the top 3 ways to choose the best hair extension specialist or salon in your area.

1)  If you like someone's long hair, tell her so, and ask if they're hair extensions. If she says yes, by all means go where she went.

2)  Do a GOOGLE search and research the top 5 to 10 listings.
Hair extension salons or specialists who have an online presence shows that they're serious about their business.

I live in a city named Kelowna, (situated close to where the 2010 Winter Olympics will be held) so I would enter hair extensions kelowna in Google and research those. Replace the word "kelowna" with your city of course.
